   Pinapple

Our Pineapple whole body vibration machines are the first of their kind in the industry and are fantastic to use in addition to a training programme, providing the benefit’s of an hour’s workout in half the time.

The Pineapple machine has been described as ‘cool, fresh, funky and stylish’ and is being used by many Hollywood stars to shape up for demanding and physical roles. The machine has evolved from traditional ‘whole body vibration’ training using a method called Bio-Oscillation. This method allows every cell in your body to ‘speak to your core’ giving a high intensity fat burning workout in as little as 20 minutes. The Pineapple can also work at lower levels moving the body gently up and down vertically for a smoother, calmer work-out experience. The Pineapple can be used for a traditional workout using all muscles of the body, or even for more gentle yoga, tai chi and Pilates training.

At Wentworth Personal Training Centre, we have certified Pineapple Trainers on hand to offer one on one Pineapple Training, plus we also offer group Pineapple classes.
